Here, I will be sharing my own meditations for you to enjoy. Plug in your headphones, lie down, or sit back in a comfortable position for a while. Feel the calm gradually settle in as you listen to my voice and join me on the journey.

Meditation and Conscious Breathing

In our sessions, we will discuss and practice various meditation techniques and breathing exercises. We’ll focus on the importance of finding the right tools for your personal growth and well-being.

Starting with the basics, we’ll guide you through simple steps using conscious breathing. By learning to focus on your breath, you can more easily release anxious thoughts and reconnect with your true self.

Conscious breathing can take you to a peaceful place beneath your cork oak, where you can sit and smell the flowers, fully present in the moment. During our sessions, we will experiment with different meditations to find the one that resonates best with you. My course aims to help you deepen your understanding that everything has its place in life, and by choosing the right attitude, you can shape how your day unfolds.

Listening to yourself and what you truly want is a crucial piece in the grand puzzle of life. Your pieces are designed to fit perfectly where you belong, you just need to find the right ones.

Quieting your mind from all the demands and expectations is a step toward achieving the goals you want to reach. Nothing is impossible; it’s about believing in yourself.

Having compassion for yourself and taking responsibility for the feelings that arise when you sometimes choose the wrong puzzle piece is key to growth.

With a positive mindset and inner peace, you can support others while also taking care of your own well-being. Dare to go against the flow and be yourself—you don’t have to conform to fit into society. No one remains unaffected by what happens around us, but we always have a choice in how we let it impact us.

The message of Ferdinand the Bull is crystal clear: You are allowed to be yourself. You don't have to run around the pasture and charge like the other bulls just because someone decided that’s how things should be.

Mindfulness for me is a way of living in the present moment.

Becoming aware of the feelings, thoughts, and bodily signals that exist within you is the beginning of a journey toward a new life, where you can change your approach to what happens in your everyday life and create a world of joy and harmony.

Understanding that you have a choice in how you respond, without judging yourself, but simply observing and accepting—answering a thought or feeling when possible, or choosing to let go. Turning a negative thought into a positive one. Showing compassion for yourself.

My journey with mindfulness meditations has taught me to connect with myself—my wisdom, to listen to what I truly want, follow my heart, and trust my gut feeling.

By observing and accepting the thoughts and feelings that are present in a non-judgmental way, I have learned to let go of my autopilot mode and act with awareness in situations that come my way. I no longer need to adjust to others, I make my own choices based on what I want and listen more to myself.
