Reiki strengthens life energy and activates the recipient’s self-healing abilities. Reiki promotes stress reduction, increases well-being, and alleviates pain.
You will learn how to give and send healing across time and space using the symbols you learn. Distance and time lose their significance.
During the course, we will go through the history, philosophy, and ethics of Reiki, what Reiki is, and how it works.
You will be initiated into Reiki.
We will review different hand positions for channeling Reiki to yourself and others.
You will practice giving Reiki to yourself and others.
Three symbols, along with information about their usage, will be covered.
Meditation – symbols – a way to integrate them.
Distance healing.
The course fee includes a manual, fruit, tea, and a follow-up session.
