The course runs from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM on both days.
Reiki strengthens life energy and activates the recipient’s self-healing abilities. It promotes stress reduction, enhances well-being, and alleviates pain.
During the course, we will cover the history, philosophy, and ethics of Reiki, what Reiki is, and how it works.
You will be initiated into Reiki.
We will review different hand positions for how to channel Reiki to yourself and others.
Throughout the course, you will practice giving Reiki to yourself and others.
The course fee includes a manual, lunch and refreshments both days, fruit, tea, and a follow-up session.
Once you’ve registered, I will send you an invitation with more details and an invoice about a week before the course begins.
