Coach

Feel free to come for the first time to see if our chemistry aligns.
I recommend booking a coaching session with Reiki, either 60 or 90 minutes. After our conversation, I will place my hands on your shoulders, and you will allow yourself to be flooded by Reiki’s relaxing energies. It will ease up and release any tension that might remain in your body after our talk. My goal is for you to leave with a lighter mind after each session.

Holistic Life Coach

Are you ready for change? Do you dare to take on the challenge and see what is holding you back from moving forward with lighter steps? I will guide you as you begin to lighten the burden that is weighing you down. You may not know what it is, but together we will work through it.

I am neither a psychologist nor a therapist within traditional medicine. However, I am a trained Holistic Life Coach, Reiki therapist, and Mindfulness instructor, working from a holistic perspective.

My focus is directed towards you as you tell me who you are, or who you think you are. Your puzzle pieces are woven together, different patterns emerge, revealing one or more links that are preventing you from taking the next step. I may not be able to understand everything that underlies your issues, but my own life experience can contribute to a greater understanding of how life can sometimes feel.

I convey a sense of calm to those around me in various contexts, making them feel safe in the situation. By building trust and a relationship where you feel comfortable opening up, taking the first step, and sharing what troubles you on the inside, we’re already partway there.

It may not be something that happens overnight; the past has a significant impact on how you live today. Your way of thinking, how you let your emotions guide your actions in situations you find yourself in. During my coaching sessions, we work with the past, present, and future, and I use various tools to guide you forward.

You are the conductor of your own life, deciding the key for your music. Don’t let anyone take over the baton; discover your own melodic lines that follow your movements.

A key change is your choice. Even if it sounds off-key to others, it may sting the ears before all the notes fall into place. When everything clicks, the strings will follow as if you’ve never played anything else.

Dare to step out of your comfort zone and move toward a change you won’t regret. The clouds that have gathered will disperse, letting the light shine through.

Trust your feelings and live fully.

Are you ready for change?

You may have an idea of who you are, how you should live, and have become stuck on a mental level, like a victim in a spider’s web where you analyze and control the intellect. Others’ views on how things should be create fears of not daring to be ourselves, and we step into roles to fit in with different situations.

My role as a coach is to help you reconnect with your feelings. By lifting the lid off the barrel where you’ve stored suppressed emotions for a long time, you can release the anger and sorrow that have weighed you down. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for you to better understand how your memories and experiences influence you in everyday life. Sometimes it may hurt when the darkness is released, and the wounds in your soul begin to heal, but it opens you up to receiving more light, and it’s worth the effort.

As a Holistic Life Coach, I see you, listen to what you say with love and care in a safe environment. You’ll learn to accept and face your feelings, bringing you closer to the person you truly are and want to be. Coaching is a healing process that brings a sense of liberation and a wonderful feeling afterward.

I work with relationships—both the one you have with yourself and the one you have with others. You can’t isolate yourself and think that you can’t change. By getting to know yourself and daring to see things from a new perspective, you’ve come a long way. Increasing your self-esteem, accepting yourself, standing up for yourself, understanding and recognizing your own worth, respecting yourself, and setting boundaries are other important pieces of the puzzle in your relationships.

How a meeting with others develops often depends on the relationship you have with yourself. If you constantly diminish yourself, the result will be that others see you the same way and treat you accordingly. Your body language reveals more than you realize, so become aware of what others see. Don’t let old conditioning or others’ opinions dictate your daily life any longer.

Let the winds of change carry you toward new goals, where you stand tall against others’ illusions of how you should be. Give yourself the chance to improve your well-being, standing front and center, smiling with your whole face.

Use your wellness allowance

However, it does not apply to spiritual guidance. I am affiliated with ePassi.

An investment in yourself costs energy, time, and money.

Energy – it can take a toll on your strength to share what you’ve carried within you for so long. “It hurts when buds break” – Karin Boye’s poem says a lot, but think of the beautiful flower that emerges from the broken bud. Isn’t it worth a try?

Time – setting aside time for the most important person in your life is a priority for change. What are a few hours in the grand scheme of things? You have your whole life ahead of you.

Money – just like a new car isn’t free, my time costs money. But which vessel will stay with you for the rest of your life—the car or YOU? From experience, I know the car tends to rust after a few years, but if you give yourself a chance, you can achieve a result that lasts a lifetime.

If you are ready to invest in yourself, I am willing to help you.

Hand on your heart, have you made up your mind?
I’m not a “quick fix,” so if you’re not sure whether you want to take the step toward change, you can stop reading—this may not be for you.

I’m the coach, but it’s you who will do the work that moves you forward. I can help you recognize patterns that repeat when you feel stuck in old ruts. I’ll use my abilities and the tools available to bring things to the surface. I want to see RESULTS, and I encourage you to do the exercises I give you between our sessions.

Changing old thought patterns takes time and isn’t something that happens in a flash. It can be draining, and it’s easy to fall back when emotions rise to the surface. Opening up the backpack to find what causes certain behavior patterns may bring many tears, but it lightens when the burden gets lighter. We’ll take it at your pace. The most important thing is that you have a goal you want to achieve and that you understand that you are responsible for the result. Personal development gives so much.

AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS, you can’t do it all at once. Everything doesn’t just release because you shed a tear once.

PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE

You will come to me several times, and we will adjust the frequency along the way. Your NEEDS will guide us. Together, we’ll create a plan and “tailor” your suit according to your needs. It may change along the way; nothing is set in stone. We’ll track your results and conduct ongoing evaluations. Once is never enough—usually, it takes several sessions to clear out the moths from your closet.

Coaching – the conversation with yourself

Sometimes it can be better to hear yourself speak the words out loud, rather than ruminating in your head. This can lead you to an insight on how, with increased understanding, you can move forward toward a goal. My questions can make you question your thinking and help you see things from a new perspective.

A conversation with yourself, where I guide you toward your own insights and goals. You will find the solution to how you move forward. A solution that can lead to a change that takes your life in a new direction.

It’s not always the big leaps that lead to sustainable change; the small steps are often easier to implement into daily life. Every client is unique, and my approach during a coaching session may differ depending on who I have in front of me.

Perhaps you’ll see things from a different perspective, gain understanding, and forgive if needed. I am bound by confidentiality; what you share stays with me.

Coaching conversation for couples – the conversation with each other.

Sometimes, more than one session is needed to uncover the root cause that’s preventing you from moving forward together.

During our sessions, I will guide you with my intuition and support to help you dare to lift the stone and see what lies beneath. I use different approaches tailored to your specific needs.

Coaching – the conversation with each other as a couple – can be a first step toward daring to express your feelings regarding a goal you’ve set. Sometimes, it’s more helpful to hear the words spoken out loud rather than keeping them locked in your mind. This can lead you to an insight about how, with greater understanding of one another, you can move forward toward a shared goal. My questions can help you challenge your views and learn to see things from your partner’s perspective.

Together, you’ll find the solution to how you move forward, a solution that can lead to a change that steers your life in a new direction. It’s not always the big leaps that create sustainable change; small steps are often easier to integrate into your everyday life.

Walk and Talk – coaching conversations in nature.

A conversation with yourself during a walk among the trees, where I guide you toward your own insights and goals. With the help of nature’s scents, sounds, and images, you will find the solution to how you move forward. This solution can lead to a change that steers your life in a new direction. It’s not always the big leaps that create lasting change; small steps are often easier to implement in daily life. You set the pace.

I lead the conversation and introduce various tools that can contribute to a successful outcome. Sometimes, several sessions are needed to implement a new step.

I am no longer a prisoner in my body
I am free, the lock is broken, the chains shattered
I no longer need to stay in my story, to dwell on the past
I have lightened the burden that weighed down my backpack
I fly like a bird with light wings toward a brighter future
