No-show or late cancellation will be invoiced.

For courses and workshops, different cancellation policies apply.
If canceled 4 days before the course start, the course fee is non-refundable. In case of serious illness, supported by a doctor’s certificate, a full refund of the course fee will be issued. No course fee is refunded once the course has started, regardless of illness or other reasons for absence.
