I am an energy worker
Everything is energy – our thoughts, our bodies, and everything around us is energy. By releasing blockages in our life energy, we can improve our well-being. Filling up with positive energy instead of letting negativity control our everyday life can make life easier to live. I’m happy to help you gain insight into what may be holding you back, so you can move forward on your life path.
Finding the right path and connecting with your inner voice can sometimes feel like a major task. Staying in the bubble that habit offers can provide great comfort for some, and it has been the same for me. Changing your life and breaking the patterns that have become daily routines isn’t easy, but it is possible. To stop letting fears control you. To take it one step at a time.
Some background
At the age of 48, I left my job at a large pharmaceutical company and began studying at Komvux (adult education). I needed a break from the work situation I was in and couldn’t see any other solution to the problem.
I saw two options for change:
– Continue straight into the infamous wall and end up on sick leave
– Break away from my work situation and take responsibility for myself
Sick leave wasn’t a path I wanted to take, even though I was in great need of rest for my mind. At the same time, I was afraid to quit and leave my job. It was too big of a change that I couldn’t handle at the time, so I chose to study instead. Later, I took that step as well, and it became the start of a new journey.
I’m not sure if my choice was the easiest way back to “life.” I set high standards for myself in my studies, but at least I was able to escape my work situation. The teachers I met were excellent coaches who guided me along life’s path. My studies went well; I applied to the Social Work Program at Campus Helsingborg, Lund University, and took the university entrance exam. And I got into my first choice.
I gained a greater understanding of the different groups within society. We all have choices and responsibilities in how we handle our situations. Everyone carries a “backpack,” regardless of our background, and has things to process, even if it doesn’t show on the outside. For my part, I was a big “victim” who had been hurt a lot throughout life, but I chose to continue my life in a positive spirit.
The forest has been my refuge many times when I’ve felt down and clawed at the inside of the well, trying to pull myself up from the depths. Somewhere inside, I knew I could rise from the darkness and deal with the emotions tearing at my body if I just kept fighting. And I did climb out. My life has continued, maybe not always on the bright side, but my experience tells me that by choosing to move forward, no matter how tough life has felt, every second has been worth it.
So now I stand here
Nature has healing powers and can be of great help when your mental state is not fully aligned. I would like to use my experience to support you in healing the wounds of your soul.
I am intuitive, but throughout my life, I haven’t dared to trust what I felt or saw. Instead, I let my fears and ego guide me. Today, I know better, and after participating in various circles and training to become a Reiki Master, Mindfulness Instructor, Medium, Holistic Life Coach, and Yin Yoga Instructor, where I learned more about spirituality, I now trust the insights I receive. I am now on my path to guiding others on their journey and improving their health in this realm. This has led me to offer guidance and messages from the other side.
Don’t hesitate to reach out if you feel I can help you; you are always welcome to connect with me.
